I know what that feels like and means to you as I’ve been there, so many times, as a migrant WoC Founder and professional myself. I’ve asked ‘Why me?’ too many times and it wasn’t until embarking on my personal development journey that I’ve learnt to truly embrace all that is me.
Since reconciling with all that is me, I’ve had doors open to me like I could’ve never imagined. I’ve been speaking on panels, published in magazines, coaching business owners and mentoring people who’re looking for a career transition into digital marketing.
I’ve picked up tools and experience that have helped me get to where I am today. It's my life’s purpose to share those with you so that you can shed that old skin and step back into your personal power.

What makes me different from other coaches?
You see, my coaching approach is quite different from other business coaches. Everything that I do is based on the Pareto principle, where 80% is mindset work and the other 20% is actual strategy and planning.
Yes, having well-thought out strategies and tangible plans are critical to any successful business, and so is a well-crafted resume important to getting that dream job. However, you could have the best business plan and the perfect professional resume and still not succeed in getting what you want; a thriving business and that dream job.
This is why doing the mindset work is so important. Mindset is far more than just believing in yourself, it’s about knowing that you have everything it takes to achieve your goals and dreams.
We'll dive deep into the root cause of what's holding you back; limiting beliefs, un-useful stories and peel back the layers of the onion.
I'll work with you to craft strategies that work for you including practical 'everyday' things and a well-thought out plan to set you up for your success.
All I ask is that you come ready to learn, do the work and get ready to start making waves and create mastery in your business or professional career.
About me
After many years battling with self-confidence and a sense of low self-worth, it wasn’t until learning to love and accept myself that I began to really shine in the areas of life that I’ve been feeling so frustrated with. I decided to stop saying 'Yes' to what others expected for me to saying 'hell yes!' to ME.

I’m a born and bred Singaporean who migrated to Australia in 2004.
And I’m a mum to two beautiful young girls, and wife to my best friend of over 20 years. I love nothing more than being in the great outdoors, running, reading and spending time with my family.

Coaching that focuses on exactly what you need
My one-to-one coaching works in a very flexible way, so that we can find and focus on the areas that will have the greatest impact on you on a personal and professional level.
We’re all different so I don’t believe in the ‘cookie cutter’ approach.
It starts with a free discussion so we can get to know each other. From there, we’ll book in 6 x 1 hour coaching sessions over 3 months, where we’ll dig into the areas that will get you the best results. If more coaching sessions are required after this block, I can create a customised package just for you.
A focus on mindset
You have a huge amount of power within you, you just have to make sure you’re not holding yourself back.
For migrant women, mindset work can play an even bigger factor. As a Singaporean born and bred proud Woman of Colour, with over 20 years experience in business, marketing and digital, I know this because I’ve lived it.
Whether it’s career coaching, business coaching or mindset coaching that you’re after (or a mix of these), I focus on helping you get to the bottom of what’s holding you back, and then overcome it, to unlock your best, most successful, and self-loving self.
